I feel that kids should have good sleep.Have you ever woke up and been so mean and so mooy that's because you can read more to learn about bed time.
You need bed times because you sakve energy. When you sleep your body gets rest your body needs rest and you need some energy.
You need to sleep to stay headlthy. If you are not headlthy you will get sick easily.
Not getting enough sleep makes you mooy. You have to get 10-12 hours of sleep
So you see kids should have bed times.You will be mend and less mooy you dot have friends
